The Manager Application Development will lead a multidisciplinary team of Systems Analysts Business Analysts Developers Architects and Team Leads to foster a collaborative inclusive high-performance team culture focused on continuous improvement accountability oversee end-to-end application development production support operational stability across assigned portfolios act as Product Owner for assigned applications owning maintaining prioritized product roadmap aligned with business strategy ensure adherence to software development lifecycle SDLC standards engineering best practices governance frameworks manage budgets capacity planning resource allocation deliver outcomes efficiently sustainably collaborate closely with Director define refine execute application engineering strategies aligned broader objectives provide clear reporting insights guidance using BI platforms structured reporting mechanisms support decision-making.
