    Job Overview

    This senior-level planning position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of project planning and progress measurement. As a key member of the Project Delivery Group, you will be responsible for ensuring that Hatch procedures and best practices are applied to drive exceptional results.


    The Senior Planner is accountable for developing and maintaining the project master schedule to meet project objectives, while also leading and directing Planners/Schedulers to motivate them toward meeting work objectives.


    Achieving this involves identifying training needs, providing skills development opportunities, as well as mentoring staff on what is expected from them in terms of executing requirements effectively.
