Job Summary

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant technical field or industry or business, knowledge of gas turbine engine performance and/or business aviation industry a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or closely related field. A combination of education and experience in aviation or a relevant field will be considered.
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
  • Experience working in an Agile software environment
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with many moving parts where information, resources and priorities can change quickly, and where information must be readily digested and decision made expeditiously
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders, including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization
  • Must be proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detailoriented, structured thinking and execution
  • High level of independent judgment and proactivity
