Job Summary

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in relevant technical field or industry or business, knowledge of gas turbine engine performance and/or business aviation industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or closely related field. A combination of education and experience in aviation or a relevant field will be considered.
Demonstrated project management skills
Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
Experience working in an Agile software environment
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with many moving parts where information, resources and priorities can change quickly, and where information must be readily digested and decision made expeditiously
Ability to collaborate with diverse and complex stakeholders, including interacting, gaining credibility, building relationships with, and influencing others at all levels of the organization
Must be proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines
Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detailoriented, structured thinking and execution
High level of independent judgment and proactivity
