    Job Description

    • Providing analyses of budgets, project proposals, and business trends in multiple administration areas.
    • Providing effective solutions to administrative business challenges.
    • Participating in development of tactical plans and programs for the organization.
    • Planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing the organization's administrative function and performance.

    Must have:

    • Broadridge Knowledge and Experience - Application Experience (BPS/ICI/Cage/RD Master)
    • Working Knowledge and Experience of CDS Settlements of Equity and Debt Securities
    • Working Knowledge and Experience of DTC Settlements of Equity and Debt Securities
    • Able to work in a Hybrid Work Environment – 2-3 Days / Week Office; 2-3 Days / Week from Home;
    • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
    • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills;

    Nice to have:

    • Any additional Settlements Experience (International / Euroclear)
    • Familiar with Paramax Applications – Arrow Application
    • University/College designation in Finance; CSC; CPH;
