    JOB & CAREER TITLE :

    Sales Representatives - Remote - for Luxury Cannabis Accessories Company based in Canada.

    JOB & CAREER SUMMARY :

    As a Sales Rep for Toronto Smoking Club, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll utilize your sales acumen to exceed targets and drive business expansion. This role is tailored for experienced professionals seeking to immerse themselves in the cannabis accessories industry. From prospecting new business to providing expert insights, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's success. With comprehensive support and performance-driven bonuses, this role offers a lucrative opportunity for motivated individuals.

    DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day or achieve 3 hours of total talk time.

    Exceed key performance indicators, focusing on new account acquisition, revenue generation, and gross profit.

    Cultivate strong client relationships to secure new accounts.

    Collaborate with support departments to optimize sales processes.

    Represent Toronto Smoking Club at industry events and trade shows.

    QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS REQUIRED :

    1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.

    Strong team player with a passion for cannabis products and culture.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Proficiency in Google G Suite Tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, and Slides) and/or MS Office.

    Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic.

    PAY WAGE or SALARY :

    Commission + Bonus

    Requirements

    • Proven sales experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Experience working with or similar CRM
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
    • Computer use competency
    • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
