Description
We are looking for a Planning and Performance Coordinator to support our Performance Measurement & Accountability Reporting (PMAR) team.


Reporting to the Director PMAR, the Planning and Performance Coordinator plays a key role in supporting corporate planning and organizational performance measurement and reporting processes.

This includes the coordination and development of the NRC Departmental Plan and Departmental Results Report, which are tabled in Parliament annually, and supports the Management Accountability Framework (MAF) process in support of the NRC's commitments to the Government.


Screening Criteria:


Education:

College diploma in business, economics, public administration, or a related discipline.

University degree would be considered an asset.

A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.

Experience:


  • Experience in conducting analysis, synthesis and leveraging qualitative and quantitative information for the preparation of reports.
  • Experience in building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Assets:


  • Experience in corporate or business planning and reporting, and/ or risk management.
  • Experience in engaging with Government of Canada central agencies.

Note:
Experience is defined as a minimum of one year.

Competency Profile(s):


Relocation:

Relocation assistance will be determined in accordance with the NRC's directives.


Compensation:

From $64,022 to $75,389 per annum.

In addition, the incumbent who meets the language requirements will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
