Description
Reporting to the General Manager, the E-Com Channel Manager is responsible for developing strategies, coordinate, communicate and assist in the growth of the e-commerce sales in Canada for American Bath Group Brands.
Primary responsibilities
Marketing Tools
- Identifies necessary marketing tools & digital content to succeed in the ecommerce world, including online literature, product images, product packaging, advertising.
- Takes necessary actions to either source or internally develop the necessary tools.
- Communicates the available tools to the Sales force.
- Identifies E-Com product packaging needs.
- Helps develop the annual sales and promotional budgets.
- Participate in the elaboration of the Channel strategy.
New Product Development
- Be the voice of the Ecom team internally for any new product need and request.
- Prepares the commercial plan for any new product aimed at the E-Com Retail Channel
- Identification new technologies / approaches for enhanced communications
- Launch offers / promotions
- Sales / communications training tools
- Sales presentation package
- Identifies market potential and forecast in conjunction with the Sales and Product development teams.
- Liaises with Product development for all product changes and documents all changes to the Sales force.
- Communicates forecasts by customer to Project P&L and Master planning groups.
Sales Development
- Actively participates in any line reviews.
- Market data analysis & sales trends identification
- Participation in customer pitches
- Prepares and monitors various initiatives to achieve growth goals including setting required budget and tracking results.
- Includes communications to the Sales force & Sales reps and liaison with other departments (Finance, Customer Care, Operations, etc.)
- Manages and implements online marketing strategy for retail customers.
- Online sales asset management / requirements
- Maintains online website accurate.
Price management and Program optimization
- Manages retail stock (brick mortar) and.
- Manages product, program, retail changes with all key competitors.
- Review market dynamics on pricing.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Project management
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Sales Management
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience managing key account would be a key asset

- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and AI platforms
