Your Impact:


  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a supportive work environment where every voice is heard, fostering trust, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among our diverse workforce. Through active listening and empathy, you'll address concerns and celebrate achievements, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes that go beyond mere metrics, providing actionable feedback and personalized development plans to empower employees to reach new heights of success. By nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, you'll inspire a highperformance mindset throughout the organization.
  • Learning & Development: Design and deliver dynamic training programs that not only build essential skills but also nurture a culture of curiosity, growth, and innovation. From onboarding to leadership development, you'll champion lifelong learning initiatives that drive individual and organizational excellence.
  • Policy Development: Craft HR policies that serve as a compass for ethical conduct, fairness, and transparency, while also reflecting the unique values and needs of our organization. Through clear communication and stakeholder engagement, you'll ensure that policies are understood, embraced, and consistently applied across the board.
  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Harness the power of data to uncover insights that illuminate trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decisionmaking. By translating complex data into actionable recommendations, you'll drive initiatives that optimize workforce productivity, enhance employee wellbeing, and drive business outcomes.
  • Compliance Management: Stay vigilant in monitoring regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that our HR practices remain compliant, ethical, and aligned with our values. Through proactive risk assessment and collaboration with legal experts, you'll mitigate compliance risks and uphold the integrity of our organization.
  • Change Management: Lead with empathy and resilience during times of organizational change, guiding employees through transitions with clarity, empathy, and support. By fostering a culture of agility and adaptability, you'll transform challenges into opportunities for growth, innovation, and organizational resilience.

Your Qualifications:


  • Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner or equivalent, ideally in a fastpaced, highgrowth tech/SaaS startup or scaleup environment. Bonus points if you are pursuing or intending to pursue professional HR certifications and/or have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Conflict Resolution: You can navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with empathy and diplomacy, fostering constructive dialogue and collaborative problemsolving to resolve conflicts and build stronger relationships. This also includes that you can successfully manage the complexity of employee relations matters with sensitivity and professionalism, by utilizing negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial resolutions and uphold the organization's values and reputation.
  • Communication: You possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills. You demonstrate that you are comfortable communicating in writing, in person, and when speaking to large groups. You can always lead a discussion to an outcome, no matter how many people and different opinions are in the room.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable with operating in a complex, rapidly changing environment. You thrive in unstructured, fastpaced settings. You operate very well without rigid structure, and can change course quickly without batting an eye. The chaos of a startup energizes you instead of draining you.
  • Stakeholder Management: You excel at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring everyone is kept informed and engaged. You can work with anyone and you can quickly and effectively assess what is important to any given stakeholder, and how to influence across reporting lines to ensure everyone is working in parallel to achieve the hiri
