SALESBOX, an onDemand Sales company is looking to bolster its team by adding a new CAMPAIGN MANAGER. This position is primary task will be to work on setting up, running campaigns and pipeline management. This is a key role to bring together all key stakeholders involved with the campaign.Duties
Our new Campaign Manager/Project Manager will:
- Run Campaigns for multiple clients
- Campaigns are focused on lead generation and sales appointment setting
- Reporting each month
- CRM pipeline management
- Set up campaigns
- Configure accounts
- Track and process leads
- Interact and coordinate with various teams and key stakeholders including:
- Client
- Database Team
- Sales Team
- Admin Team
- Pipeline management and followups
- Lead targeting and ranking
- Crack the Code (training by leadership and results)
- Take sales calls, get results, help us develop a system to optimize
- Launch New Campaigns (for Sales Team):
- Join Onboarding Calls (for new clients)
- Build Scripts
- Train Team
- Launch
- Optimize
Qualities:
- Must be quick to track changes
- Rapid response to clients and other team members
- Recognized for creating and implementing new strategies within organizations and influencing overall business growth and development.
- Outstanding English skills (nearnative level)

- Our new team member will need to be organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
- Devise B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity.
- Work within a budget and report any overspend.
- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions.
- Administer the website(s).
- Keep abreast of current trends in marketing.
