Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process information for job costing.
- Ensure that accounts payable are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Process monthly job cost invoicing.
- Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.
- Process payroll in a timely manner.
- Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed.
- Provide timely reporting to management.
- Assist Controller as required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Selfdirected with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to set priorities, multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Knowledge of basic accounting.
- Knowledge of payroll.
- Experience in Microsoft Great Plains is an asset.
- Post secondary education in the field of accounting or equivalent experience.
Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
