Description

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Process information for job costing.
  • Ensure that accounts payable are processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Process monthly job cost invoicing.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.
  • Process payroll in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed.
  • Provide timely reporting to management.
  • Assist Controller as required.

Job Requirements:


  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Selfdirected with the ability to effectively manage your time and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting.
  • Knowledge of payroll.
  • Experience in Microsoft Great Plains is an asset.
  • Post secondary education in the field of accounting or equivalent experience.

Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour
