We are a small CPA firm thats looking to hire a rock star team member.

We are looking to hire a bookkeeper that's proficient in full cycle bookkeeping in QBO and knowledgeable about personal taxes (Tax Cycle).

Proficiency in QBO is a must. It would be ideal if you are familiar with Tax Cycle. Also must have advanced Excel knowledge.

In addition to being a bean counter, you must be proficient in technology and comfortable with zoom and other video calls.

Looking for 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of full time. The job will be hybrid-remote.

You will be mostly working from home but you may be required to come in one day at the office.

Minimum two years experience required. A skill test would be required to be completed before hire.
