About The Role:

This role owns all activity happening in BOH including managing deliveries preparing transfers leading team ensuring inventory accuracy & efficiency per company standards.
Duties include leading day-to-day operations stockroom maintaining order cleanliness managing e-commerce fulfillment communicating daily with customer service support office leaders other stores via slack email or channels decreasing store shrinkage overseeing supplies leading by example providing positive inclusive work environment encouraging personal progression helping with onboarding training new starters maintaining product knowledge current upcoming trends
