Sygnature Discovery is a world-leading integrated drug discovery Contract Research Organisation (CRO) based in the UK with its headquarters in Nottingham and additional facilities in Alderley Park, Macclesfield and Glasgow.

With a staff of over 1,000, which includes 900 scientists, partners with global pharma, biotech and NFP organisations.

Since 2004, Sygnature Discovery has delivered over 40 novel pre-clinical and 22 clinical compounds, with its scientists named on over 170 patents.

Therapeutic areas of expertise include oncology, inflammation and immunology, neuroscience, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, fibrotic diseases and more.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and business oriented individual to join a newly created role within NuChem Sciences, based in Canada.

The individual will work with the Chief People Officer and as part of the Global People Leadership team to help shape the group people vision and strategy.

They will be responsible for creating and aligned North American strategy that meets the regional business priorities through engagement with the businesses and senior leadership teams.

Job Profile:

Bilingual (French and English)
A significant amount of related experience, including a high proportion of this in a senior or management capacity.
Must be able to demonstrate the highest level of integrity, be a role model for ethical and inclusive behaviours and must be able to maintain confidential information.

It is not essential to come from a scientific background but experience working with a high intellect, specialist workforce will be highly valued.

A graduate degree will be an asset.

Additional Information
This is a permanent position with a competitive remuneration package.

The position will be located in Montreal with travel expected to the North American site and some international travel.
