The role
As a new
Sales Associate, you'll join a sales team that is driving our steady growth. This is a steppingstone to a full Sales Representative position as we grow. You'll develop leads and gather information through telephone, online prospecting and responding to lead generation.
You'll assist in turning warm leads into new business through presentations, showing how Northern Uniform provides the solutions these prospective customers need.
You'll use your exceptional people skills and service mindset to close the deal. You'll also be involved to ensure the installation is completed flawlessly, as you promised.You're perfect for this role because you are:

This is a full-time permanent position, with first year, on-target earnings upwards of $50,000. We offer generous commissions, bonuses, a group benefits plan, pension plan, and vacation.
Most of your time will be spent in the office on the phone and computer reaching out to leads, setting appointments, entering new customer information and being the first point of contact for visitors and prospects walking in.
Onsite appointments and meetings with prospects and customers will follow.We'll train you in proven sales techniques and you'll have all the tools to succeed so you can focus on the job.
Qualifications
- Experience with BusinesstoBusiness sales
- Experience in a customer service or customerfacing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in opening and closing sales negotiations
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or related field an asset
