Patient Experience Representative
Responsibilities:
As the first face greeting our patients and the last face as they leave the clinic, our Patient Experience Representatives play a key role in delivering on Group23's brand promise: providing an exceptional level of care, treating every client as a unique individual with specific goals and aspirations.
You only have seven seconds to make a great first impression and go
- Greeting patients and supporting them to complete the necessary paperwork
- Taking height and weight measurements
- Rooming patients for health care providers all while making a lasting positive impression
- Use basic functions within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), online booking systems such as Telus CHR, and point of sale (POS) systems to receive and process payments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to think on one's feel and adapt conversation to various personality types
- Demonstrate authenticity and empathy towards patients and peers
- Ability and desire to engage in solutionsbased thinking to deliver premium results
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Outlook and Word is required
- Telus CHR, and point of sale (POS) experience is an asset
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in high volume settings is preferred
- Experience in a health care setting is an asset, but not required
