We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team

Responsibilities:

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible to assist senior accounting personnel with the proper recording of Accounts Receivable transactions in order to accurately report the region's financial position and ensure timely recording of transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.

Posting A/R invoices, performing age analysis, reviewing A/R aging to ensure compliance.
Following up on collecting and allocating customer payments and performing account reconciliations
Prepare various accounting weekly and monthly reports.
Assist in the Sarbanes-Oxley related audits and yearend financial audit.
Assist finance team with other tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance or accounting
One or two years of experience in clerical accounting and accounts receivable.
Knowledge of MAS90/SAGE or SYSPRO preferred.
Knowledge of basic financial, tax, and accounting principles
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to complete assignments under tight time frames coupled with the flexibility to work extended hours, when required, to complete work as assigned.
