- As the Electronic Imaging Lead, you will guide a team of scanning and imaging technicians. You will be responsible for providing internal clients with imaging and electronic records management support (ERIM).
Primary duties include:
- Manage workflow and supervise the scanning and imaging team.
- Oversee and manage electronic records and the Livelink repository where records are stored and maintained.
- Provide quality assurance on scanned images, Livelink processes and scanning procedures, research new and improved software/hardware solutions for scanning.
- Lead, plan, report and ensure quality assurance on various projects that have an electronic records management component.
- Create and maintain training and documentation that supports hands on training to staff on the use of systems such as iRIMS, Livelink, Physical Object, Building Central and Public One Stop Service Experience software (POSSE).
- Perform scanning and imaging duties during peak periods.
Qualifications
- A completed 2 year certificate or diploma and at least 3 years of related experience.
- An intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
- The completion of a Blueprint Reading course and/or membership in a Professional Records and/or Information Management Association would be considered assets.
- Working knowledge in POSSE, Livelink and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) are also considered assets.
- Success in this position requires well developed communication skills and a high attention to detail with a strong customer focus.
- Strong organization and problemsolving skills are essential.
