Key Job Functions/Responsibilities- Conduct audit and reconciliation testing of voting processes- Ensure that jobs are set up correctly (physical and electronic)- Identify, report problems and/or issues of potential risk and communicate findings to management- Continuous interaction and output in a team environment.
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Community College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred
Experience:
- 12 years hands on experience in Operation Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance Able to work in a crossfunctional environment Exposure and/or knowledge of brokerage, proxy, or financial business operations is helpful
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and data entry skills
- Intermediate Word/Excel proficiency
- Bilingual (French/English) is preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required
Tools:
- Windows environment
- All necessary advanced technological tools are provided
- Exposure to database systems is an asset
