About the Job
Ryder is in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Employee (Mechanic Helper). In this role, you will collaborate with the Maintenance Team to ensure the proper preparation and transfer of vehicles within the facility. Your responsibilities will include organizing the shop, ensuring vehicles are well-presented, and ready for customer service. Starting as a Service Employee with Ryder presents an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career, with the potential to progress into roles such as Lube Technician and even qualify for our Heavy Duty Apprentice Mechanic training program, where top performers receive support to meet both academic and practical requirements to become a Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic.
Type of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
