The Opportunity:


  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Design and implement learning programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development.
  • Develop engaging learning content, including presentations, elearning modules, videos, and other multimedia materials.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to cater to different learning styles. Facilitate inperson and virtually across all levels of the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure content is uptodate and accessible to all employees.
  • Coach and mentor other members of the L&D team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of L&D experience in a highgrowth and performanceoriented company
  • Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
  • Experience with assessment tools preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and other instructional technology.
  • Video editing and web design is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, with an ability to build programs from scratch.
  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
