The Opportunity:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design and implement learning programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development.
- Develop engaging learning content, including presentations, elearning modules, videos, and other multimedia materials.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to cater to different learning styles. Facilitate inperson and virtually across all levels of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure content is uptodate and accessible to all employees.
- Coach and mentor other members of the L&D team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of L&D experience in a highgrowth and performanceoriented company
- Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Experience with assessment tools preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and other instructional technology.
- Video editing and web design is an asset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, with an ability to build programs from scratch.
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
