- Prenco Progress & Engineering Corporation Ltd._ is an industry leading manufacturer of automotive components for OE and Aftermarket customers. We require motivated, energetic, reliable, organized, team players for our Canadian assembly plant, located in Pickering, Ontario.
Employees will follow work instructions to correctly assemble and test automotive-related products using a variety of hand and power tools, jigs, and test equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build light assembly auto parts
- Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures
- Familiar with the use of power and pneumatic air tools
- Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor
- Ability to meet daily production quotas
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
- Other support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Attention to detail, quality and safety expected
- Ability to stand (9 hours per day), walk, reach within hands and arm's length, while performing repetitive tasks.
Salary:
$18.00 per hour
