Job summary

The Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of vendor invoices

  • Accurately enter and process vendor invoices and expenses for payment in a timely and efficient manner,
  • Review the authorizations on each invoice or expense received
  • Aid with the preparation of cheque runs,
  • Facilitate new vendor requests,
  • Distribute cheques to meet standard deadlines
