Job summary
The Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing and payment of vendor invoices
- Accurately enter and process vendor invoices and expenses for payment in a timely and efficient manner,
- Review the authorizations on each invoice or expense received
- Aid with the preparation of cheque runs,
- Facilitate new vendor requests,
- Distribute cheques to meet standard deadlines
