CMS Montera is looking for an
Application Support
Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing professional team in our Cambridge, ON office.

This full-time position will play a key role in the current and future implementations, data integration and maintenance of our CMS RoadRunner Software, used by companies around the globe.

Specific areas of responsibility revolve around software implementation, integration, customer support, software testing and development team support.

You will be using leading edge technologies and be involved in all aspects of software implementation and development including design, testing, deployment and support of software and related tools.

Working in a hands-on capacity, you will work closely with the software development and consulting teams.


Responsibilities

• Work closely with business consulting and software development teams to understand requirements regarding data integration support and data quality
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues
• Troubleshoot and support software and server related customer inquiries
• Implement software solutions and deploy new releases
• Resolve technical issues and document solutions using a ticketing system
• Promote persistent issues to Developers and Architects where necessary
• Familiarity with Transact SQL
• Knowledge of data integration (ETL)
• Experience with software deployment in a Windows Server environment, and support of such systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Visual Studio, C#, Windows Forms, SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services
• Knowledge of data warehouses would be an asset
• Experience with using or administrating ERP software

Education:

• Degree / diploma in computer systems, computer science, computer engineering or a related discipline

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
