Description

The Coordinator will be the liaison between the field and Headquarters whose responsibility is to give the highest quality of support and service to franchisees, D.A.'s, and field staff and assist the supervisor with various duties and cover their annual leave/sickness.


  • Coordinator responsibilities including researching and resolving inquiries/problems, equipment ordering, data entry, clerical tasks, entering and tracking insurance information, processing approvals for store opening photos, and completing requested projects/surveys for an assigned area.
  • Taking customer calls and maintaining customer service database if applicable
  • Review and verify the accuracy of equipment orders for new, relocating, and remodeling restaurants and sign off on half of the edit lists for the team.
  • Providing direction and support to the team in the supervisor's absence, such as; delegating workload assignments for absent team members, completing and delivering reports, signing off on credit requests (except errors), evaluation/signature logs, handwritten PO's
  • Assisting the supervisor with the training of new team members, dealing with escalated customer service issues and any other reasonable requests made by the supervisor.
  • Possibly attending meetings, conference calls in supervisor's absence
  • Assist with Social media where necessary and work on special/added projects as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required

  • High degree of knowledge of the various programs and procedures used by the Coordinators.
  • Leadership qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly dependable & highly organized,
  • Motivation, positivity & patience
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Higher Education Preferred, Degree useful but not essential
  • Minimum 2 years administration experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience essential. 2 years Subway experience preferred
