Role Summary


The Account Executive Intern is responsible for supporting our world class sales team through providing timely market reports as well as supporting the rollout of sales campaigns.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the forex market, financial markets, the sector and sales strategies with a leading retail forex and crypto broker.

You will have the opportunity to make a difference with our clients by assisting with their account and platform questions.


Responsibilities

Sales support:Coordinate and assist in the organization of various in-person presentations located throughout the US and Canada

Marketing support:Liaison with our marketing team to develop and deliver assets in support of targeted campaigns

Internal reports: Prepare weekly market reports as well as competition monitoring reports

Query resolution:Answering prospect's questions concerning OANDA's products and services.

Documentation of client communications:Documenting all client communications in Salesforce.

Attending sales meetings:Attend and contribute to sales meetings.

Adherence to policies and procedures:Working to company policies, processes, procedures, and standards.

Passion for the markets:Is self driven to understand the forex and cryptocurrency markets with the ability to intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts


Qualifications:


  • Enrolled in Bachelor's degree and/or relevant postgraduate education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
