Description
CDC Computers is a looking for a Full-Time Office Clerk/Receptionist.


This position would be the first contact our customers have with our company, we are looking for someone interpersonal who can assist our clients in a fast-paced environment.

While offering a variety of daily job tasks which include deadlines and repetitive tasks which require detail.


Tasks would include:


  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Obtain and process information required to provide services.
  • Operate switchboard or telephone system.
  • Record and relay information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Send invoices, Maintain work records and logs.
  • Receive and issue payments.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Work Area.
  • Assisting other Departments as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Calculate billing charges.

Job Requirements would include:


  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or Equivalent Experience.
  • 1 or More Years Job Experience.
  • Excellent Comprehension in Written & Oral English.
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication.
  • Bondable & Criminal Record Check.
  • Excellent Organization Skills.


We are offering this position at a starting wage of $13.5/hr thru $20/hr depending on the skills and experience the individual has.

This position is 40 Hours per week, Monday thru Saturday with a day off during the week. Paid Vacation after 1-Year of Employment.
