Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual identity, messaging, and customer experience.
Innovation and Research:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Gather consumer feedback through testing and trials to inform branding decisions and product development.
- Explore innovative ideas and strategies to keep the brand relevant and identify opportunities consistent with business objectives.
Creative Development:
- Develop visual identities, packaging artwork, and marketing materials that reflect the brand's values and resonate with the target audience.
- Create sales and marketing collateral to support brand objectives.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across various media channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
Marketing Integration:
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align branding strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain an effective website for the brand, optimizing content and functionality to drive engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate logistics for sales collateral and sample kits, ensuring timely delivery to sales teams and partners.
- Oversee marketing collaborations and promotions to maximize brand exposure and ROI.
- Provide marketing support throughout the organization, including training and guidance for crossfunctional teams.
- Execute experiential marketing campaigns and events to engage consumers and build brand loyalty.
- Manage social media channels and website content (with contracted social media manager), ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Support new product launches and ecommerce platform initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Build and manage customer, influencer, and brand partner communities to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in brand management or in a marketing role, preferably in the vegan food space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing social media platforms and website content is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Pay:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
