Description

The Niagara Falls Canada Hotel Association is looking for a dynamic administrative professional to handle all office functions for the President


The tasks include:
- develop and manage a filing system compose letters create compelling reports and presentations with powerpoint and excel some AP/AR coordination with bookkeeper research information attend meetings and take board meeting minutes answer member inquiries, and be an ambassador for the association

You should be a brilliant communicator, (written and verbal) and good with numbers, and have strong organizational skills; and consider yourself to be great with power point; excel and word, with at least five years of administrative assistant experience


Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$22.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift 20 to 24 hours a week

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
