Working in more than 100 languages, Eriksen sustains long-term relationships with major companies in finance, insurance, law, creative services, health care, and education, as well as New York City and State agencies, nonprofits, NGOs, and leading museums and cultural institutions worldwide.

Freelance LQA specialist needed for marketing content (flagship product website, long-form creative content) and UI strings. Experience working in XTM strongly preferred; Canadian residency required.


This role includes:

• Reviewing translated text for errors, using existing style guide, glossary, and other reference material
• Scorecardstyle evaluation, including error categorization and severity levels; following the MQM framework
• Providing stylistic edits to improve highquality translations; bringing good translations to great translations, with a strong brand voice
• Performing incontext/functional QA for localized websites and apps, when needed

Immediate availability for work and training from December 22 and January 2 needed. Typical commitment of 5 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
