Based on your understanding of new use cases, user stories, and other business requirements, you will recommend and develop new functionality in an agile manner.

This work will include developing new features such as flow-based automation, approval processes, custom lightning pages, new fields, objects and more.

You will conduct and manage all DevOps processes, including setting up new sandboxes and deployments from development to UAT to production environments.

You will also oversee all aspects of user and license management, including user setup, roles, profiles, access control, and permissions.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively contribute to solving challenges and problems in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Create and deploy new custom objects, record types, page layouts, fields, etc.
  • Develop and maintain custom lightning pages
  • Develop and maintain new reports and dashboards
  • Deploy and maintain digital experience sites using Experience Builder
  • Create, maintain, and debug flows and approval processes
  • Configure rollup helper to conduct complex triggerbased data aggregations
  • Conduct user and license management
  • Manage sharing and security (e.g. roles, profiles, hierarchies, permission sets, etc.)
  • Work with the ETL developer to maintain target and source fields
  • Keep the Salesforce instance current according to version upgrades and required changes
  • Stay up to date on upcoming Salesforce versions and emerging features
  • Write and maintain technical documentation for the Salesforce solutions
  • Provide orientation and training for new and existing business users

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or businessrelated field
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Priority is given to applicants holding Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, and/or Platform Developer I certification(s)

Required Experience:


  • 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator managing an org with 500+ users, service cloud preferred
  • Experience developing and maintaining complex flowbased automation solutions
  • Experience developing and maintaining cloud experience sites
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, Gearset preferred
  • Experience with an issue and project tracking platform, Jira preferred
  • Experience with Visualforce pages considered nice to have
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies, scrum preferred
  • Vaccines (COVID19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption on a medical ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
