We are actively seeking an experienced
HR Advisor to join our team in Calgary.

In this role, you will work closely your client group(s) to provide guidance and support in various HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.


  • Lead the full cycle of talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Assist in the implementation of talent development programs, including goal setting, succession planning, performance evaluations and development initiatives.
  • Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including performance management processes, coaching and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with the compensation specialist for assessment and delivery of compensation programs.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including organizational change, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Regularly gather feedback from client groups to ensure HR programs and services are aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications Include:


  • Minimum of 7 years of proven HR advisory experience or in a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • CPHR designation (or working towards designation) is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with HR team members as well as both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid team player who promotes a culture of teamwork, agility, trust, and accountability.
  • Oil and gas industry experience is preferred with HR advisory support in corporate operations.
