    This is a casual role, with hours per week.

    The wage range is from $50.00 to $55.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on work experience and will be discussed during the interview process

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of equipment and medications for surgical procedures

    • Review patient history and conduct pre-operatory assessment

    • Continuous patient care during sedation while monitoring vital signs and assisting as required

    • Post-operative patient care in preparation for discharge

    • Complete all necessary documentation for patient records

    About You:

    • Must be licensed as a Registered Nursed in accordance with the provincial guidelines

    • Must have CPR, PALS, and ACLS

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively in a team environment

    • Previous experience in oral surgery, emergency room, ICU, PACU or critical care is an asset
