    Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire du Developpement des Affaires (GDA) experimente(e) ayant une solide experience dans l'industrie financiere pour rejoindre notre equipe.

    Ce role implique de creer et de cultiver des relations avec les acteurs cles de l'industrie, de presenter nos produits aux equipes et d'exploiter notre CRM Dynamics pour optimiser les efforts de developpement des affaires.


    Bonus d'activite trimestriel :

    Une experience dans la gestion des courtiers hypothecaires et une comprehension approfondie du marche immobilier quebecois sont tres avantageuses.

    Vente et gestion de la relation : Competences exceptionnelles en vente et en negociation, ainsi que la capacite de batir et de maintenir des relations strategiques avec les parties prenantes de l'industrie.

    Bilinguisme :

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the financial industry to join our team.

    This role involves creating and cultivating relationships with key players in the industry, presenting our products to teams, and leveraging our CRM Dynamics to optimize business development efforts.


    Quarterly Activity Bonus:
    Up to $5,000 yearly based on relevance and quality

    Company Performance Bonus:
    Up to $25,000 based on achieving set objectives


    Relevant Experience:
    Minimum of 7 years in a BDM role, ideally within the mortgage lending or financial services sector. Experience in dealing with mortgage brokers and a deep understanding of the Quebec real estate market are highly advantageous.

    Sales and Relationship Management:
    Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders.

    Industry Knowledge:

    Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and financial markets, with an acute awareness of industry trends and regulatory changes in Quebec.


    Strategic Thinking:
    A strategic mindset is crucial for developing business development plans and analyzing market opportunities for expansion.

    Team Collaboration:
    A collaborative spirit is essential for working with internal teams to support business development and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Education:
    A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage lending or financial services are a plus.

    Bilingualism:
    Proficiency in both English and French is required for conducting business in Quebec.

    Networking Skills:
