WHO WE ARE:
An independently owned café with a relaxed setting and a beautiful view of the Grand River. Located in the University of Waterloo, School of Architecture in historic downtown Galt, Cambridge.

Melville is well established in the community, opening its doors in 2004.

It has a loyal clientele ranging from the Architecture students and faculty, seniors, families as well as business clientele in addition to its many valued regulars.

The café serves barista made lattes, cappuccinos, fair trade coffee, thin crust personal pizza, fresh house made sandwiches soups and desserts.

Focusing on quality, value and the overall guest experience.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A passionate team player who loves cooking and enjoys an upbeat café environment. Someone that thrives working in a team but also has the ability to work independently. Working in both an open concept kitchen as well as prep kitchen. The menu includes thin crust pizzas, sandwiches, soups, salads, dessert, baked goods as well as daily features.

Duties include the preparation and cooking of all menu items from quality raw ingredients as well as ordering, daily cleaning, sanitation and dishwashing.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
