Description
HYTORC Sales & Service is looking for a
TEMPORARY full-time Customer Service Representative.

The position will be for a minimum of two months but possibly longer and could have the possibility of becoming permanent.

The main responsibility will be to prepare rental and purchase quotes, prepare packing slips, and carrier/courier waybills and labels. The position requires the individual to be flexible with their duties as they can change quickly. This is a fast-paced environment with tight and demanding deadlines.

The individual is expected to have:

  • Office Experience
  • Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of dealing with a high volume of documents
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Able to change tasks quickly
  • Good typing skills
  • Ability to follow instructions

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
