What You're Passionate About:

You have a knack for supporting multisite users, accounts and policy configurations. Office 365 Management and configuration as well as maintaining Azure Cloud service is no feat for you. If you enjoy being a superhero of end user support from desktop support to network support, then the Junior Desktop Support Analyst role is for you

A Typical Day for the Junior Systems Administrator:

Help with day-to-day issues and provide in-person and remote support through the use of the telephone or remote access
Ensure that architecture principles and technology standards are consistently applied and updated as appropriate

What You Bring:

Post secondary education with a focus in technology
3+ years of desktop support experience
2+ years of experience in systems administration in a windows environment
2+ years experience with managing a small to medium on premise / cloud hybrid infrastructure
Knowledge of VMWare vSphere 7 or higher
Office 365 Management and configuration and PowerShell or Python experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
Selfstarter and able to work in a fastpaced, detailed, and processdriven environment
Valid Class 5 Drivers License and able to travel throughout BC (travel 25%)
