Provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based reconciliation applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Support and maintain applications hosted on AWS.
Analyze complex data issues using advanced SQL queries.
Review logs and troubleshoot using Unix/Linux commands.
Manage tickets through incident, problem, and change management processes.
Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support release deployments and change activities in production environments.
Ensure system stability, availability, and performance optimization.
Advanced SQL (complex joins, performance tuning, data validation, troubleshooting).
Strong Unix/Linux knowledge (log analysis, scripting, job monitoring).
Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM; basic cloud architecture understanding).
Experience supporting cloud-based applications.
Knowledge of job scheduling and monitoring tools.
Basic scripting (Shell/Python – preferred).
Understanding of financial products and transaction flows.
Experience with Reconciliation (Recon) platforms or financial data matching systems.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and operations teams.
