Then this is the right job for you This Real Estate Assistant role is a part time 5-10 hour per week contractor position.

The hours will be spent Monday thru Friday. Work remotely from your home but have the ability to meet locally with the owner once per week.

We are looking for someone with a strong "can-do," attitude with willingness to be flexible and adaptable in the ever-changing real estate world.

$30/hour


QUALITIES

  • Absolutely meticulous and extremely detailoriented with the ability to spot typos, grammatical errors, and data input inaccuracies
  • Wellorganized, efficient, happy to take on repetitive tasks and can envision how to streamline processes, manage projects, and loves to optimize systems, structures, and procedures
  • Must be tech savvy and own a reliable computer, a reliable phone, and have reliable highspeed internet access
  • Strong commitment to building positive working relationships
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment, sense of urgency to complete job duties accurately and in a timely manner

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. Including draft documents in Nexone (offers, amendments, waiver ect.) and all Fintrac forms required
  • Regularly prepare all buyer and seller consultation packages
  • Consult & coordinate with sellers all property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements and marketing activities
  • Input all listing information into MLS/social media and update as needed.
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients and agent. Respond to inquiries as required
  • Coordinate inspections and completion of repairs with service professionals.
  • Coordinate walk through/possession schedules
  • Coordinate condo doc acquisition/review, mortgage broker requirements.
  • Obtain feedback and provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
  • Input all client information into client database system
  • Agent calendar management and scheduling
  • Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day and 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals
  • Regularly obtain client testimonials for websites, social media & other marketing materials
