Description

Join our marketing team as a Specialist, Paid Media In this role, you'll be designing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms and various business Units (FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, Solis Optics).

Optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to achieve marketing goals.

What Will You Be Doing?

Executing strategy across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing brand or longterm growth.
Creating paid ad briefs and contribute to gotomarket strategy for both new and core campaigns.
Contributing to demand generation ideas.
Executing a/b testing strategy that meets broader KPI goals and brand guidelines.
Partnering with Ecommerce teams on weekly, monthly, and quarterly business insights, to optimize landing pages performance and identify other opportunities to increase site conversion.
Assisting in new channel diversification and launches.
Pulling relevant KPI's to enhance and inform forecasting and budget process.
Consistently maintaining a strong eye in the market for emerging channels and trends.
Maintaining competitive analysis documentation.
Partner crossfunctionally with ease, exhibiting a strong grasp of how to balance profitability and desirability.
23 year's experience scaling performance marketing channels in a directtoconsumer space; beauty and luxury experience a plus.
At least 1 year's experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
Experience with DSPs/Ad Management tools for Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's, preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Analytics
Agile, highly organized individual with a knack for data and drive to innovate
Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset

The expected compensation for this position is $73, $91,400.00 per year, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
