Senior Organizational Design and Classification Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Organizational Design and Classification Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on organizational design and classification services, including writing job descriptions, evaluating reports, and rationales for the Executive Group.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in working with departments undergoing complex restructuring and changes to their mission and/or mandate within the federal public service (departments/agencies). They must be able to evaluate and critique executive-level job descriptions, prepare full executive-level classification evaluation reports or rationales, conduct in-depth research to develop self-explanatory EX job descriptions in complex environments, hold valid non-executive classification accreditation issued by Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS), demonstrate recent experience in developing non-executive job descriptions, evaluating non-executive job descriptions, preparing full non-executive classification evaluation reports or rationales within the past seven years as of the RFP posting date.
