Sports Medicine Rehabilitation is looking for exceptional
Clinic Receptionist to join our team. We are well established multi-disciplinary rehab clinic located at the corner of Bloor Street West and Dundas. Our passionate healthcare team includes a medical doctor, a physiotherapist, chiropractors, massage therapists, and a chiropodist. We have been in business for over 35+ years.

We are looking to hire someone who is a team player and who has a passion for administration and customer service.

Job Duties:

• Welcoming patients into the clinic
• Managing practitioners' schedules through Universal Scheduling program
• Direct billing insurance companies
• Scanning and faxing documents
• Making sure patient files are wellorganized and uptodate
• Supporting clinic manager and practitioners with additional clinic tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Universal EMR / front desk processes
• 12 years of receptionist / administrative experience preferred
• Postsecondary education in healthcare administration (or similar) an asset

Hours needed:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am6pm, Fridays 9am1:00pm

Requirements:

• Fulltime, longterm availability
• Experience with front desk and direct billing
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Provide highquality, clientfocused customer service
• Professional, positive, passionate with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow with our established clinic

Education:

• Secondary school (required)
• Healthcare Administration degree/diploma (asset)
