Job summary
Install/configure Apache + PHP on app servers and Percona MySQL on DB servers (Dev + Prod). Build and validate 3-node PXC in production (proper bootstrap, SST/IST, node restart behavior). Configure HAProxy with health checks to balance traffic to the 2 production app nodes. Implement OS hardening across all 8 VMs (secure SSH, firewalling, least-privilege, remove/disable unnecessary services).
