In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


This position provides professional level support in the SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module in data system operations, maintenance and management.


Minimum Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in SAP CRM
  • Functional SAP experience is required
  • Implementation of new functionality/new rollout implementation
  • Perform quality assurance to end products to ensure consistent deliverables
  • UI enhancements
  • Knowledge of the basic CRM architecture
  • Experience configuring in the CRM module
  • Experience in requirements development and system design

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledgeable in the functional and/or business process areas of SAP CRM for Public Sector industr
  • Experience with SAP CRM/BI integration
  • Experience with SAP CRM/SAP Enterprise Portal integration
