Sales development manager
Mindsec offers a simplified security compliance and risk management solution (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, etc.). Our offering designed to simplify the compliance readiness process by using software and security experts to ensure a successful process.
As a sales development manager you will be dealing directly with our prospects – you will be the first line of communication between the company and prospects until successfully closing deals. You'll use your technical knowledge along with sales skills to generate revenue and achieve your quotas. We are looking for a salesperson with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive our growth.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate how our offering best satisfies customer's needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Identify and prospect new potential customers
Research companies to determine fit
Develop long-term relationships with our prospects and customers
Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and
Develop new opportunities for your pipeline and achieve your personal activity goals daily
Follow-up and engage with potential customers who were interested but have not signed yet
Report to management on activities, targets and key results
Develop new sales strategies based on personal successes and failures
Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects
Work in partnership with sales, marketing, partners, CSM
Stay knowledgeable with the security compliance updates, trends and competitors
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and process-oriented
Experience as SDR/ Sales Manager/ similar at a technology or cybersecurity company
Ability to think strategically and tactically
Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in new ways
High-performer, team player and self-learner
Great organization and order skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Great active-listening skills
Fluent in English and French - written and verbal
Fluent in Spanish – written and verbal (a Bonus)
Experience using a CRM (a Bonus)
