C4 Building Maintenance is a growing company looking for Handymen and Handywomen to join our team and grow with us.

We are actively involved with various property managers who require ongoing handy services for a variety of residential and commercial buildings.

We are offering part-time "on call" opportunities for excellent supplemental income with a minimum call out wage.

We are looking for accomplished handy people to work as a team and independently throughout the Lower Mainland completing many different requirements.

Proficiency in some or all the below will serve you well in getting jobs completed on time, on budget and with superior quality.

general carpentry:

- framing

-
paver installation:

- drywall installation and repair

-
painting:

- light electrical (re-install plugs, switches, and fixtures)
-
light plumbing (re-install sinks, toilets, bathtubs):

flooring installation, and tile settingWe'd like those who are reliable, co-operative, and are good problem solvers, as well having the ability to work well with other team members and various sub-trades. Customer service skills and a pleasing personality is essential.

We are offering good wages based on experience and the opportunity to learn new skills and build a reputation of excellent work performance.

There is room for advancement and wage growth as C4 accelerates its marketing and sales initiatives.

You would need to have basic tools related to your building skills and your own transportation.
