Mist Mobility Integrated Systems Technology is a pioneering company in the field of precision aerial delivery and recovery systems including the Sherpa family of GPS guided parafoils, Space Recovery Systems, LaunchPADS Multi-Mission Manager, SkyLink Parachutist Navigation and Situational Awareness System, and other support equipment.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate and manage schedules and calendars for senior executives and department managers, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Coordinate complect travel arrangements for field services campaigns, including booking Hotel rooms, vehicles, work with travel agents for flight bookings maintain tracking for travel confirmation for travelers.
- Assist with the creation, formatting, editing, and distribution of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records and files, including employee records, financial documents, and inventory lists, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist Security & Compliance Manager in conducting denied party screening on all potential onsite visitors and external contractors.
- Assist Security & Compliance Manager with calling security references.
- Welcome all visitors as they arrive at the office, ensuring they are signed in and out for security purposes and connected to the MMIST host.
What do we need from you?
- Detail focused, with strong administrative skills
- An advanced IT user and experienced in MS Office Suite and other document handling programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OR Adobe PDF)
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A team player with ability to be able to work on own initiative.
- Punctual, reliable, conscientious, courteous and care to go the extra mile to make the difference.
- A problem solver with the ability to bring new ideas to the enhance the operation.
