Il collabore avec des municipalités, des entreprises publiques et des entrepreneurs privés sur des projets civils, industriels et résidentiels à travers le Canada et les États-Unis.
Votre rôle
En tant que représentant(e) des ventes, vous serez le moteur du développement commercial. Vous aurez l'opportunité de créer de nouvelles relations d'affaires et de contribuer directement à la croissance de l'entreprise.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et développer le territoire.
- Entretenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants pour maximiser les opportunités.
- Présenter des solutions techniques adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
- Effectuer des visites terrain régulières et représenter l'entreprise avec professionnalisme.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le propriétaire pour définir et mettre en œuvre les stratégies de développement.
- Suivre et gérer vos projets afin d'assurer des résultats concrets et mesurables.
Profil recherché
- Expérience en ventes B2B, idéalement dans la construction ou la distribution de produits en gros.
- Excellente compétence en communication, bilingue français/anglais.
- Autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats (« go-getter »).
- Sens développé du service client et fortes compétences relationnelles.
- À l'aise dans un environnement PME : flexible, rapide et collaboratif.
- Permis de conduire valide (déplacements fréquents).

Sales Representative – Business Development
About the Company

Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind business development in your territory. You will have the opportunity to create new business relationships and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect new clients and develop your assigned territory.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities.
- Present technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and represent the company professionally.
- Work closely with the owner to define and implement development strategies.
- Monitor and manage your projects to ensure concrete and measurable results.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction or wholesale product distribution.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in French and English.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented ("go-getter").
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in an SME environment: flexible, fast-paced, and collaborative.
- Valid driver's license (frequent travel required).
