Job Description:

Lead the optimization of various finance processes (incl. simplification, standardization, assessing potential for automation, review of responsibilities)
Be an active change agent for organizational transformations (ex. centralisations and decentralisation of activities)
Implement changes within and beyond the finance department through various activities (incl. workshops, stakeholder alignment activities, trainings, communications, documentation, support post golive)
Project management and controlling of different initiatives with various stakeholders simultaneously

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business BBA or BCom (ex. with a specialization in finance, accounting), or another bachelor's degree and an MBA
4 to 6 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years of projectbased responsibilities
Strong skills in project management and controlling, change management, organizational development, and process improvement & documentation
Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
Capacity to automate activities in Excel by coding, an asset
