Job Description:


  • Lead the optimization of various finance processes (incl. simplification, standardization, assessing potential for automation, review of responsibilities)
  • Be an active change agent for organizational transformations (ex. centralisations and decentralisation of activities)
  • Implement changes within and beyond the finance department through various activities (incl. workshops, stakeholder alignment activities, trainings, communications, documentation, support post golive)
  • Project management and controlling of different initiatives with various stakeholders simultaneously

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business BBA or BCom (ex. with a specialization in finance, accounting), or another bachelor's degree and an MBA
  • 4 to 6 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years of projectbased responsibilities
  • Strong skills in project management and controlling, change management, organizational development, and process improvement & documentation
  • Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
  • Capacity to automate activities in Excel by coding, an asset
