Job Summary:
This is a 12 month contract role.

Delivers HR administration activities to support Talent Acquisition team to staff, managers and internal HR colleagues and the implementation of efficient and effective processes for all TA activities across the region or client group.

The role will primarily focus on more simple TA Delivery activities such as interview scheduling and CV filtering, under direction.


Responsibilities
Recruitment and Interview Process

  • Coordinates debriefing schedules
  • Follows instructions to assist with full cycle coordination (requisition through hiring) of the recruiting & onboarding processes
  • Responsible for composition of role descriptions, with guidance from recruiter
  • Responds to basic queries from employees, managers and external institutes
  • Provides regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress
  • Ensures compliance with requisitions
Collaboration

  • Responds to basic queries and requests from line managers/employees on various TA related queries
  • Supports team members with administration requests on an ad hoc basis
Onboarding

  • May coordinate new employee completion of Form I
  • Ensures appropriate handover to HRSS for on boarding processes
  • Upholds compliance with all legal and professional standards
Contracts

  • Follows instructions to process agency agreements
  • Provides assistance to more senior staff on general contract administration

Qualifications

  • This is a contract role for 12 months with possible extension.
  • 1+ years experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual (French or Spanish) preferred
  • This is a Hybrid role
