Finance Manager Job Summary
Precision Home & Office Deliveries Inc. is an ASL Distribution Services sister company. Precision was developed by ASL to handle dedicated, home and office deliveries.

Precision is Head Quartered out of Oakville, ON and has facilities in Windsor, London, Hamilton, Oakville, Pickering, Ottawa and Montreal.


Specifics:


  • Process and audit daily driver paperwork
  • Liaise with ASL finance and/or recruiting to ensure proper driver set up of GL codes and payment details
  • Invoicing and Billing
  • Ensure settlement driver list is updated and accurate
  • Keep settlement discrepancy log updated
  • Ensure all delivery reports are created daily
  • Coordinate the compilation of daily P&Ls
  • Produce additional Daily/Weekly finance reports as required

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in Invoicing and Billing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with process improvement, and change management
